Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
